3. Partner Responsibilities and Requirements

4. Prohibited Promotional Practices

5. Intellectual Property and Branding

The name "A Big Chat," our logo, and all associated trademarks and branding materials are the exclusive property of C3 Media Marketing. Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved text links only as specified in this program.

Use of our logo, custom graphics, or modified branding requires explicit written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of partnership status and potential legal action.

6. No Agency or Partnership Relationship

Participation in our partner program and linking to A Big Chat does not create a partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between you and C3 Media Marketing. Partners have no authority to make statements, representations, or commitments on behalf of A Big Chat or to bind us in any manner.

We are not responsible for the content, practices, or policies of partner websites. Partners operate independently and assume full responsibility for their own websites, content, and user interactions.

7. Monitoring and Compliance Verification

We reserve the right to monitor how partners represent and promote A Big Chat to ensure compliance with these guidelines. This may include reviewing partner websites, promotional materials, traffic sources, and user feedback.

Partners may be required to provide additional information about their promotional methods, traffic sources, or audience demographics upon request. Failure to cooperate with reasonable compliance requests may result in termination of partnership status.

8. Termination and Link Removal Rights

We reserve the right to request removal of links, revoke partner status, or terminate partnership arrangements at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Circumstances that may lead to termination include but are not limited to:
